This class includes static poses to stretch the muscles and balance poses to work on focus and balance. The class ends with a cool down and savasana (the final resting pose). Yoga students are encouraged to work at their own level, to honour their body and their limitations and to go deeper when needed. Levels 2-3 is a class for intermediate students wanting to take their practice to the next level.

Click on "Reserve a Spot"These 1hr classes offer women a safe and supportive environment and a community to bond with her baby and the miraculous experience of becoming a mother. Each class will cover yoga postures, movements and practices that build the strength and openness required for soon-to-be mothers to move with ease in her regular daily activities, deal with common discomforts (sciatica, inflammation, insomnia) and learn helpful positions for labour. Variations to postures will be offered to accommodate different stages of pregnancy and skill levels. No previous experience is required. Those with no prior experience we recommend to wait until their 2nd trimester.
