One of the rewards for me was taking part in a Study Tour to Kwa Zulu Natal in South Africa delivering Leadership Skills and Life Skills to Zulu youth, Wow! What an experience.

First, let’s look at how crawler-based search engines work (both Google and Yahoo fall in this category). Each search engine has its own automated program called a “web spider” or “web crawler” that crawls the web. The main purpose of the spider is to crawl web pages, read and collect the content, and follow the links (both internal and external). The spider then deposits the information collected into the search engine’s database called the index.

I am forever reaching out for someone to save me but I dont know what from, I sit and cry often and I don’t know why. Most mornings I have to force my self to get out of bed, at night I am scared to go to bed, I don’t know why. I have a beautiful wife and two wonderful kids, but in my darkest moments they don’t come into the equation. Many of my so called friends have deserted me and a few others have become much closer and extremely supportive.

I now appreciate that Leadership is not about being out there in front, standing on the podium laying down the law, Oh! no, far from it . I will talk about the qualities required to be a successful leader in a moment. One of the most important directions “Empowering others” to lead.

4. You control the page. Making the page before a Fan or a competitor is critical. You want to be able to send the messages, edit or remove sections, and control the information to an extent.

What makes or breaks a search engine is how well it answers your question when you perform a search. That’s based on what’s called the search engine algorithm which is basically a bunch of factors that the search engine uses to say “hey is this page RELEVANT or NOT?”. The higher your page ranks for these factors (yes some factors are more important than others) than the higher your page will get displayed in the search engine result pages.

The last couple of days have been incredibly tough, I finally ventured into the working world, with being actually offered a position by a friend, after three weeks yesterday he greeted me on arrival with ” sorry Lindsay we are going to have to let you go” with no explanation what ever, it hit me hard, and set me back many months, I sit here writing this and I cling onto a tiny bit of self belief to save me doing something fatal, it is just under the surface.
