Hi,
I have booked flat in Dwarka scheme of Naiknaware Builders which is situated at Chakan – Talegaon Road.. At the time of purchase,I was told that i will get the possession of June 2010..In June 10, they told me now I will get the possession in Aug 2010.. In August 2010, they told me I will get possession in Dec 2010,,and now they are telling me I will get the possession in April 2011..Their office staff is also not good..they never give good answers..every person give different answers..their Sales Manager – Mr.Parle is also rude..Request you to help me getting the possession of my flat and also request everyone in Pune to think before buying any flat in Naiknaware Builders..I have sent a mail to their Support Email but did not got any revert on that…
