I dipendenti delle Poste si ritrovano qui il Martedì ! Alle ore 21.30 in Chat Si è concluso anche l'undicesimo anno dalla nascita di ChatPoste; dal dicembre del 1999 ne è passata di acqua sotto i ponti! Abbiamo varcato la soglia del 1 Gennaio 2011, anno della liberalizzazione dei servizi postali anche al di sotto dei 50 gr. Cosa accadrà adesso?. Tanti sono stati i cambiamenti per i lavoratori delle Poste Italiane avvenuti negli ultimi anni con sacrifici enormi per tutta la categoria. Gli anni a venire dovrebbero essere quelli della conferma, dell'autorevolezza, del lavoro che svolgono i 150.000 dipendenti di questa azienda che è brava ad urlare i brillanti risultati raggiunti in questi ultimi anni ma che mostra i "braccini", delle bruttissime braccia corte quando si tratta di ricompensare i lavoratori con giusti aumenti contrattuali e premi nel settore commerciale che pur essendo il vero motore di traino per tutta l'azienda, ricompensa gli addetti con budget esasperati e premi fantasma erogati senza la dovuta trasparenza solo a pochi eletti. La sportelleria è al limite del famoso "orlo di una crisi di nervi" lavorando con pochi addetti per ufficio subendo insulti dalla clientela e pressioni psicologiche per vendere "di tutto e di più" da parte dei direttori degli uffici a loro volta colpiti dall'ansia di risultato e, tutto questo, nella consapevolezza della Responsabilità Sociale che riveste un'azienda come Poste Italiane. Staremo a vedere cosa ci riserverà il futuro immediato.... Un ringraziamento a tutti gli "amici" che hanno fatto di ChatPoste un punto di riferimento per  chi ha voglia di esprimere la propria opinione sul mondo Poste, sempre nel rispetto delle idee altrui così com'è stato in questi 10 anni.
